Complete Building & Timber Past Reports are the number one choice in Redlands, the Gold Coast, Ipswich and Brisbane for people looking for pre-sale inspections and pre purchase building and timber pest reports. We offer a professional and personalised service, giving you advice on a one to one level, on site whilst inspections are taking place.

All our clients are invited to attend inspections if they wish whilst we look for cracks, leaks, structural damage, defects, drainage concerns and pest infestations. We make sure all our reports are clear and written in plain English for everyone to fully understand, which are always delivered to you via email the very same day that we visit.

We are a small family run business who are fully insured and BCC licensed, going to great lengths to satisfy all of our customers with our exceptional and friendly customer service qualities. You only need to remember my name, which is Jeff, who will conduct all inspections with the very best experience needed to assess your potential new home for any concerns that need addressing.
